Our Participation in Research
We firmly believe that research is the foundation for health care excellence and an important investment in the future of our patients. Our physicians are leaders in introducing advances in diagnostic and therapeutic gastroenterology techniques to clinical practice.
Our contributions to research have been diverse, including participation in studies for colon cancer prevention, inflammatory bowel disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, hepatitis, Barrett's syndrome and liver disease. Examples of new technology used by our practice include the BRAVO pH capsule, HALO ablation of Barrett's esophagus, pill cam, video capsule endoscopy and FibroScan.
